We are seeking a  motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative to work closely with the founders of both mcpk. and BPA.pro . The role will be evenly split between the two companies, focusing on lead development acquired from conferences, CRM data management, and ensuring the smooth operation of outreach campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management : Process business cards and notes from conferences into CRM systems accurately.

• Outreach Management : Oversee automated LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns to ensure timely follow-ups.

• Follow-up Communication : Engage and warm up leads through follow-up emails and messages.

Requirements:

•Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

•Experience with ChatGPT (for generating outreach messages or automating communication).
