We are an outsourcing IT company that works with technologies like Python and React.We are growing and looking for a talented Sales Development Representative to join our team.Go Wombat is a European-based innovative web and mobile development company founded in 2015. Go Wombat provides services for Backend, Frontend, AI engineering, Data Science, QA, and Design. Our main sectors are Hospitality and Travel, Oil and Gas, Marketing and Advertising, Manufacturing and Logistics, and Health and Wellness.

As a sales development representative, your work focuses on outbound sales. You confidently share our company’s service information with outside prospects. We are looking for a highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented person. Lead generation is your main responsibility, generating and moving leads through a sales pipeline. You will work closely with the marketing team who will provide you with all necessary materials for prospecting. Qualify and nurture prospect leads into sales-ready opportunities and assist the Sales team in turning them into new signings for the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact prospects daily via email, and other various forms of outreach.
  • Prospect identification within social media such as LinkedIn.
  • Generating and qualifying new leads.
  • Filling and updating data in a CRM system.
  • Schedule meetings with clients for Business Development / Sales Managers
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Educate prospective clients on the value of Go Wombat’s services.
  • Interact with sales and marketing to collaboratively determine customer needs.
  • Create outreach strategies for new lead generation methods.
  • Conducting market research to identify new leads.
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience in sales or marketing is preferred.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Experience using a CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other similar prospecting tools.
  • Strong work ethic and eager to learn and make new connections with prospects.
  • Outgoing and friendly; able to quickly build professional rapport with individuals through various communications channels.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field.
