Description of your job

At WebWave you will support our users in creating websites without the need for coding. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to our clients about what brings them to us, what they expect from a creator, as well as help their websites appear on the Internet by offering them additional services. You will work in the growing Customer Success department. We care about building relationships and helping our users, so we don't want to "sell" just because the target agrees.

Responsibilities:

  • Telephone contact with WebWave users
  • Offering additional services in the field of online marketing - we know that a website is just the beginning of the adventure,
  • Generating and forwarding leads - You won't have to worry about closing contracts, signing contracts or looking for decision-makers. This will be handled by another department, and you will still receive bonuses on closed contracts
  • Customer education - we want each of our clients to know about our great support and where they can seek help on their own,
  • < li> Collecting Feedback - we want to find out what our customers like and what we should work on,
  • Reporting in the CRM system and Google Suite tools

  • First experience in contact with a client,
  • Ability to identify customer needs,
  • Communication skills - you must be able to 'talk',
  • Very good knowledge of the Polish language,
