Job Description:
The Sales Development Representative role is being established to enhance MintyMint’s sales strategy by actively engaging potential clients and aiding the sales process. This position is crucial for driving growth and broadening the company’s market presence.
The SDR’s mission is to identify and connect with potential clients, cultivate strong relationships, and convey the value of MintyMint’s services. This role emphasizes nurturing prospects, and arranging meetings, all of which contribute to the company’s growth and market expansion.

Sales Development Representative with relevant experience in B2B sales, particularly in the IT sector, which would be a significant advantage. If you excel in business communication and enjoy negotiations, forums, and various business events, then we will be happy to cooperate with you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies in Europe.
- Establish and maintain key relationships with clients and partners.
- Seek new opportunities for expansion.
- Participate in conferences, forums, and other events to build a network and expand business collaboration.
- Identify and research potential clients using various tools and platforms.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects.
- Schedule meetings and appointments with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Over 2 years of experience in an SDR/BDM role within IT outsourcing.
- Proven experience in delivering successful presentations and negotiations.
- Ability to quickly and effectively create commercial proposals.
- Strong skills in building relationships from scratch.
- Focus on establishing long-term relationships.
- Result-oriented mindset.
- Deep understanding of sales principles and client-centric approach.
- Experience working with international markets.
- Extensive experience in conferences and negotiations.
