Core Responsibilities: You will beresponsible for communication and building relationships with potential and new customers and partners. You will report directly tothe СEO. Serving asthe primary point ofcontact and escalation point, you will: Run outbound and inbound prospecting. Research, identify prospects, and find relevant points ofcontact. Creatively approach each prospect with personalized messages. Use best practices. Process and respond toincoming requests from potential customers inatimely manner. Qualify incoming leads based onpredefined criteria todetermine their fit for our services (establish the scope, needs, pains, budget, deadline, decision-maker &process, key terms &expectations). Schedule introduction calls ormeetings. Arrange business trip scheduling. Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with prospects through regular communication. Qualifications: Ability tocommunicate with customers inthe EST time zone. Advanced English level. 1+years inthe ITOutsourcing/Staffing industry. Attentive todetails. Curious and proactive. Focus onexceeding expectations byproviding value atany stage ofcommunication. Solid understanding oftheIT industry, market knowledge, main client’s pains and needs. Personal interest inclient service and client success; enjoy working with people, with natural and effective relationship-building skills. Strong communication skills. Excellent business writing skills.
