AsanSDR, you will beresponsible for qualifying inbound leads, making outbound cold calls togenerate new prospects, and collaborating closely with Account Executives and the Outbound team todrive the sales pipeline.Responsibilities:Inbound Lead Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls with inbound leads toassess their needs and qualify them for further engagement. Arrange product demos with qualified leads for the AEs and contribute tobuilding arobust sales funnel.Outbound Lead Generation and Qualification: Proactively identify new business opportunities through outbound cold calling, occasionally outbound email campaigns, and other outreach strategies. Use targeted questions tounderstand the needs ofleads and determine their fit with our product.Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings for AEs with qualified prospects from outbound channels.CRMManagement: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records inour CRM system (Hubspot), ensuring all lead information iswell-documented.Contribute toSales Process Improvement: Work closely with the sales team, sharing insights and contributing toongoing optimization oflead generation, qualification, and sales strategies.Lead Nurturing: Develop and maintain aconsistent follow-up process toensure leads are nurtured effectively and converted into opportunities.Requirements:1+year ofexperience inoutbound cold calling, sales, orasimilar customer-facing role.Ability towork during U.S. business hours.Excellent command ofthe English language, both spoken and written, with native ornear-native fluency.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Ability tohandle rejection and maintain apositive attitude while working inasales environment.Strong analytical skills and the ability toadapt tovarious scenarios and customer needs.High level ofresponsibility and attention todetail.Strong time management and self-organization skills are essential for balancing different types oftasks.Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools.Nice-to-Have Skills:Previous experience inaproduct company related tospend management orprocurement software.What weoffer:Trust-based management style and ownership culture.Open, honest, reliable, and friendly team members.Offices inKyiv and Warsaw.Remote, hybrid, oron-site— you choose.Coverage ofrelocation costs.Flexible paid time—off policy.Competitive compensation based onyour qualifications.Compensation for additional training.Coverage ofcoworking fees.Medical insurance (after 6months ofcooperation).The interview process consistsof:Anintroductory call with our recruiter.Aninterview with the hiring manager.Atechnical evaluation session, which includes asimulation ofadiscovery call and acold outbound call.
