What is expected from the person? You will be responsible for: Writing email lead generation campaigns based on GTM strategies Coaching and mentoring SDRs using training materials and providing constructive feedback Collaborating with the Advisor, CEO, and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)/Sales Manager Occasionally engaging with clients through calls

 

 

Requirements: 1+ years of experience in content writing Experience with Go-to-Market strategies (±1 year) Proficiency in English (B2-C1 level) Strong communication and coaching skills Ability to provide constructive feedback Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

 

 

Hard Skills (Optional): Sales experience. Proficiency in using Clay tool for outreach campaigns.

Timezone: Ukraine (Kiev)

 

Team and Reporting Structure: Reports to: Advisor, CEO, CCO/Sales Manager Collaborates with mentees (30-50 people)
