Your skills:

• Experience: You have at least 1 year of experience as an SDR in an IT outsourcing or outstaffing company.
• Languages: You speak English and Ukrainian at the Upper-Intermediate level and above.
• Skills: Lead generation, active sourcing, negotiation, active work with LinkedIn page, knowledge of ABM approach.
• Analytics: Understanding that writing, testing and analyzing sequences is one of the main tasks.
• Communication: Experience in making calls and communicating effectively with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

• Identification of potential customers:
  
  • Close cooperation with the researcher to conduct market analysis, form ICP and identify companies and individuals who may be interested in our company's services.
• Contact with potential customers:
  
  • Actively initiate contact with potential customers via e-mail and social networks.
  • Presentation of services with the aim of attracting the client's interest and arranging a meeting or call with a Sales Representative.
• Writing Outbound Campaigns:
  
  • Designing and implementing effective outbound campaigns to attract potential customers.
  • Creation of personalized messages and letters aimed at different market segments.
  • Analysis and improvement of messages/messages according to campaign results.
• Database maintenance:
  
  • Updating and maintaining the database of potential customers.
  • Registration of all contacts and communications for further analysis and improvement of sales strategy.
• Cooperation with other departments:
  
  • Close cooperation with the marketing department to develop strategies for attracting potential customers.
  • Passing qualified leads to the sales department.
• Finding and creating new business opportunities for the company.
