We are currently looking for a talented Sales Development Representative to join us on our sales-hacking mission It is an ideal role for people with first experience in sales. You will work in a young, fun team and learn everything about startups, SaaS, business development, and sales.

What will you be doing?

In this role your main responsibility will be  generating outbound leads : you will research the US market in order to identify companies that might benefit from using our tool. Once you know who they are, you will reach out to them via cold call, email and other channels in order to  spark their interest in Growbots . Your goal will be to ensure the  initial interest  of the person and to  set up the first meeting with a potential customer - once it’s there, you pass the contact to our team of Account Executives, so they can present our product and bring them on board!

Daily tasks:

  • Reaching out to prospects and handling conversations to book demos of our platform
  • Creating  cold-mailing campaigns and testing new strategies
  • Social selling  on LinkedIn 
  • Cold calling prospects
  • Video prospecting 
  • Ensuring the transparency and completeness of our  CRM (Hubspot)
  • Building automatic outbound systems using multiple tools

Job requirements

The must-haves in this role:

  • Experience in outbound cold calling, multichannel approach and LinkedIn
  • English on C1/Proficiency level (both spoken and written)
  • Coachability (you’ve got to learn quickly!)
  • Resilience (rejection, experimenting, iterating is a big part of the job)
  • Great  organization skills & work ethic
  • Communication skills and empathy
  • Drive for results &improvement

  • Salary: 5000-6000 PLN gross base + bonuses based on performance

  3. Technical interview (1-1,5h) - hop on a video call with  Rapolas (Head of Sales) and a sales team member, who will tell you more about the sales projects in Growbots, ask you a couple of questions relating to your sales knowledge, experience and expectations regarding your future development
