We are looking for an ideal candidate for the Sales Development Representative (SDR) position who is an energetic self-starter with a keen ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. This individual will play a crucial role in discovering qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and engaging with targeted outbound prospects. Efforts will focus on building rapport and establishing long-term relationships, ultimately driving the success of our sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers by identifying and nurturing potential clients.
- CRM Management: Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Achieve Quotas: Consistently achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities to support the overall sales goals.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients through various communication channels to foster trust and interest in our offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for engaging with prospects and team members.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
- Flexibility to work in the PST time zone.
