Your skills:
- Experience: You have at least 1 year of experience in the position SDR in IT outsourcing or outstaffing of the company.
- Languages: You speak English & Ukrainian at the Upper-Intermediate level and above.
- Skills: Lead generation, active sourcing, negotiation, active work with page on LinkedIn, knowledge of the ABM approach.
- Analytics: Understanding that writing, testing and analyzing sequences is one of the main tasks.
- Communication: Experience in answering calls and effective communication with potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- close cooperation with the researcher to conduct market analysis, ICP formation and identification of companies and persons who may be interested in our company's services.
- active initiation of contacts with potential clients through e-mail and social networks.
- presentation of services in order to interest the client and arrange a meeting or call with a Sales Representative.
- development and implementation of effective outbound campaigns to attract potential customers.
- creation of personalized messages and letters, aimed at different market segments.
- analysis and improvement of messages/messages according to campaign results.
- updating and maintaining the database of potential customers.
- registration of all contacts and communications for further analysis and improvement of the sales strategy.
- close cooperation with the marketing department to develop strategies for attracting potential customers.
- transfer of qualified leads to the sales department.
- work to achieve set goals regarding the number of new contacts, leads and meetings.
- search and creation of new business opportunities for the company.
- constant improvement of skills and knowledge about the products and services of our company, the market and competitors.
