WOW24-7 works with companies from the US, UK, Australia, Spain, Israel, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland and other European countries. We are currently looking for a motivated, proactive and talented Sales Development Representative at the senior level. Our expectations from the candidate: - Fluency in English (written and spoken, Advanced/Fluent). Knowledge of additional languages ​​will be a plus.- 5+ years of experience in a similar position or in active sales with countries in Europe and North America.- Experience in sales support for outsourcing services, supported by concrete results (Experience in sales of outsourcing Customer Support services will be a great advantage).- High communicative competence.- Creativity and willingness to experiment and use non-standard approaches.- Positive approach in sales.- Experience and readiness for telephone conversations with cold leads.- Practical skills of implementation and work with: LinkedIn / Sales Navigator, Twitter, UpworkApollo / ZoomInfo / Lusha / Dealfront (Leadfeeder) / MyleadfoxReply.io / Dripify / ActiveCampaign / Instantly / Hubspot Marketing HubAI copywriting tools. Responsibilities :- Providing the sales department with outbound leads. - Finding potential customers and conducting research (lead research) in all available sources. - Searching for candidates/podcast guests. - Formation and segmentation of the lead base. - Building a communication strategy for each segment based on intent data. - Communication with leads through all available channels: email, calls, video calls, social media, massagers. - Cold calls with leads who have shown activity in marketing campaigns (based on scoring) with the aim of bringing the lead to a call with sales managers. - Drafting and sending marketing proposals to clients. - Organization of discovery calls of sales managers with potential customers who have shown interest and meet the company's IPC. - Accurate filling and management of CRM (Hubspot).
