Currently, we’re looking for a result-oriented, communicative, and ambitious Sales Development Representative. As an SDR, you will drive sales of  website redesign services through participation in tenders on the USA and Canada job markets.

You will work with the Pre-Sales Team .

Your impact:

  • Identify and research tender opportunities on relevant platforms
  • Fully responsible for the preparation of the tender documents according to RFP requirements
  • Follow up on tender results, and update the statuses
  • Communicate with potential clients to build relationships and close deals
  • Perform standard SDR tasks such as lead generation, qualification, and nurturing
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure successful tender submissions

We are looking for someone who has

  • 2+ years of proven experience as an SDR or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with tender processes and RFPs
  • Knowledge of the USA and Canada markets is a plus
  • Proficiency in English (upper-intermediate level)
  • Experience with major tender platforms (e.g., BidPrime, Periscope) is an advantage
  • Self-motivated and target-driven

Nice to have

  • Experience with tender platforms
  • Experience in working with LinkedIn Outreach tools (Expandi, LinkedFusion, LinkedIn Helper etc.)
