Altamira service delivery teams currently span Slovakia, Ukraine, and the Middle East, and we have ambitions to expand our footprint to meet the growing demand across Europe and into our primary growth markets in the UK and the US.

Your Mission:

  • Key responsibilty — generating interest and acquiring new leads through outbound lead generation outreach
  • Secondary responsibility (but also important) — processing inbound leads, responding to the initial enquiries, communicating with a lead to qualify them
  • Lead nurturing — reaching out to the contacts in CRM and trying to find new opportunities with leads whom we lost before

You’re Our Sales Manager Hero If:

  • Good communication skills
  • Proactivity and ownership of the role, strong sense of self-discipline and independence, understanding that the results depend on themselves
  • Client locations — experience with companies in Europe/US
  • Domains — understanding of software development industry
  • Inbound (secondary focus) — experience with qualifying inbound leads, responding to the initial requests within 24 hours (during work days) and processing them through the pipeline
  • Outbound (main focus)- experience with creating outreach campaign messaging, planning outreach cadence, finding the right target audience leads, adapting the copy for specific
  • communication methods like email and LinkedIn, experience with setting up automated outreach campaigns (email validation, daily activity caps, best practises to avoid being flagged as spam)
  • Tools — Must have experience with Pipedrive, Reply.io and LinkedIn
  • KPI — clear focus on achieving outbound KPIs of sending out a set number of emails/messages each month, as well as understanding how many leads they have to get to have a certain number of Marketing Qualified and Sales Qualified leads, clear understanding of conversion numbers through the new business generation funn

Our transparent recruitment journey usually takes up to 2 weeks and includes a few stages:

  1. Recruiting Interview -> 30-45 min
  2. Technical Interview -> 1-1,5h
  3. Client Interview (optional) -> up to 1h
  4. Pre-Offer Call -> 15min
  5. Reference Check
