What is this role about? Sales Development Representative role is the first of its kind in our company, offering you the opportunity to have a significant impact on shaping it. Your voice and ideas are welcome - we want you to grow with us! Reporting directly to Filip, our co-founder, and Head of Partnership, you'll be mainly responsible for actively prospecting new leads. Here you can find more details: Actively prospecting new leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, emails, groups, forums, and advertisements. Engaging with inbound marketing leads by following up on material downloads, attending events, and reaching out to lists of event registrants. Managing our CRM, including HubSpot, to build relationships with customers and nurture existing leads. Participating in events and conferences, opening up new paths and opportunities in relationship building. Monitoring the market and competition. What do you need to succeed as a Sales Development Representative? Minimum 1 year of experience in sales. Fluent in English. Fluent in Polish. Self-discipline and perseverance. Good organization. Results-oriented mindset. Communication savvy. Diligence. Ability to research customer needs. Good understanding of the needs of others.
