Our platform offers acomprehensive suite oftools for LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and lead management. Main responsibilities: —Preparing prospecting sequences autonomously; —Setting upmeetings between prospects and the sales team; —Managing and maintaining apipeline ofinterested prospects and engaging sales executives inthe next steps; —Main prospects and clients from SaaS, IT-Service, Fintech, and HRIndustry; —Providing regular reports onprospecting activities and results tothe Head ofGrowth; —Identifying best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook. Main KPIs: —Tracking progress towards meeting quota goal (booked demo calls/ appointments monthly). Key Requirements: —2+years ofexperience asaBusiness Development Manager orSales Development Representative with aproven track record ofexceeding lead targets/appointment quotas; —Experience indifferent outreach strategies: ABMapproach, Intent base sales, classical bulk outreach, highly personalised prospecting; —Understanding how towork with sales automation tools; —Understanding how the sales engagement &automation market works will beaplus Closely Application Process: —1-st interview with Head ofGrowth— 20minutes; —Test Task: 2business days for completion— 2-4 hours; —Task Feedback with AEs and Head ofGrowth— 45minutes; —Job Offer.
