Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a SDR to join the team, who will play a key role in the development of our business , be responsible for new lead generation, lead qualification and sales support.

We are a Ukrainian company for the development and production of thermal imaging modules for robotic systems, which is a member of the innovative Defense Tech cluster Brave1 and works to increase the defense capability of our country.

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in the field of marketing, management or related)
• Experience work in the position of SDR from 3+ years in a product company
• Knowledge of the English language from Upper-Intermediate and above
• Developed communication skills and negotiation skills
• Skills of working in the CRM system
• Experience with contracts, primary documentation
• Ability to work independently , as well as in the team

Tasks:

• Prompt responses to inquiries, providing information about the company's products (email, signal, whatsapp)
• Participation in exhibitions, conferences, product pitching
• Establishing contacts with potential customers and partners
• Management of communication with potential customers and coordination of involved parties on the part of the company (development, production, lawyers)
• Maintaining and updating the CRM database
• Participation in the preparation of agreements, requirements for development, production orders
• Constant market monitoring and competitive environment to identify new opportunities
