Sales development manager (B2B) in Farbi Kolorit

"FARBY KOLORIT" LLC, a leader in the production of paint and varnish materials on the Ukrainian market, is looking for candidates for the position of B2B Sales Development Manager. Our wishes for candidates: Successful experience as a manager of B2B sales development or distribution in system companies; Experience in team formation, leadership and motivation for the organization of active and systematic sales, the formation and development of the client base in the B2B segment; Experience in strategic planning, successful experience in negotiations at the level of maintenance managers of suppliers and customers, the ability to form system and complex solutions; Leadership, proactivity, involvement and systematicity; Successful experience of participating in and winning tenders; Knowledge of the market of paint and varnish materials is desirable. Main duties: Formation of a B2B development strategy and its successful implementation; Construction of a high-quality distribution system in accordance with the requirements of the time; including own brands; Monitoring and ensuring support of relevant processes of the direction, their optimization; Successful implementation of agreed goals for distribution and sales; Ensuring profitability of the direction, analysis and control of profitability; Ensuring the best relations with partners, providing market analytics; Identifying possible inconsistencies in work, proposals for their correction and improvement; Ensuring cooperation with all relevant services and functions of the group of companies.
