Today, AVK is a team of confectionary professionals who work every day to create new sweet masterpieces. The vacancy for "Sales Development Manager (agency contract)" is open. The goal of the vacancy is to expand the sales market for AVK Products and to form a customer base of Products consumers in other countries. We we are expanding the export sales team, we are looking for new partners who think creatively, strive for development and do not give up in the face of difficulties! Candidate requirements: Knowledge of foreign trade procedures, experience in working with foreign economic contracts; Foreign language (English is not lower than Intermediate, any other additional is welcome) ; Economic knowledge in the field of export sales (for example, formation of the price in the country of export, taking into account import duties and other costs related to the export operation and the introduction of the product to the market); Negotiation skills; Skills of formation and optimization of the export portfolio according to market needs; Experience in planning and analyzing income and expenses in P & L format; Planning and economic substantiation of promotions and other measures aimed at increasing sales. Functional duties: Search for potential buyers to purchase products; Conducting negotiations with potential buyers for the purpose of agreeing contractual terms for delivery; Solving organizational issues during the sale; Collecting orders from customers and maintaining direct contact with them; Ensuring the maximum sale of products for each group of goods; Formation of proposals and measures for the promotion of a new assortment. Personal characteristics: Responsibility; Initiative; Ability to work and motivation for results; Flexibility in communication; Honesty; Organization and basic knowledge of time management. The company offers: Monthly profit and percentage of sales (discussed at the interview); Reimbursement of travel expenses (we discuss the required budget); Organization of international shipment of product samples (and novelties) to potential partners; Provision of a workplace in the office and communication services (Kyiv city) or remotely; Provision of a place for holding business meetings with clients and providing samples for the meeting (Kyiv city). Working conditions: The work schedule is not regulated, the flexible schedule is at the discretion of the employee; The place of work is not regulated, upon request or by agreement, the need to attend internal and external meetings at the company office (address, Kyiv, Mezhihirska St. 82A).
