Overview : Weare seeking adriven and results-oriented Sales Development Manager with abackground insoftware sales, ideally within the healthcare industry. The Sales Development Manager will beresponsible for generating new sales opportunities byproactively identifying and engaging with potential clients. This role requires astrategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and astrong ability tonavigate various channels for outreach. Key Responsibilities: Identify and prioritize companies and individuals that align with our Ideal Client Profile through thorough research onplatforms such asLinkedIn and other industry-specific resources. Conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calls, emails, and strategic LinkedIn outreach toinitiate conversations and establish relationships with potential clients. Schedule and set upmeetings (demos) with prospective customers tounderstand their needs and determine ifour company’s product can effectively solve their problems. Utilize high-power scheduling software, such asABA, toefficiently manage and book meetings with potential clients, aiming toset up15-25 meetings per month for the Account Executives. Collaborate closely with Account Executives toensure smooth handover ofqualified leads for further engagement and conversion into sales opportunities. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities totailor outreach strategies and messaging effectively. Maintain accurate records ofall prospecting activities and interactions inthe CRM system totrack progress and performance metrics. Requirements: 1+years ofexperience insoftware development sales (healthcare domain will beaplus). Advanced English level. Bachelor’s degree inBusiness Administration, Marketing, orarelated field. Proven track record ofsuccess insales development orbusiness development roles, preferably within the software sales domain. Familiarity with the healthcare industry and understanding ofits unique challenges and dynamics (bonus). Strong proficiency inoutbound prospecting techniques including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling. Experience using CRM software for lead management and tracking. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability toarticulate value propositions effectively. Self-motivated and results-driven with aproactive approach toachieving targets and objectives. Ability tothrive inafast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly tochanges. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability toprioritize tasks effectively.
