Our company is a strong Ukrainian brand-manufacturer in three categories: Sister's Aroma (aromas for the home, inexpensive perfumery), Sister's Care (environmental care and decorative cosmetics for the face and body) and Sister's Sport (sports clothing and equipment). A well-known product is fun to work with and easy to sell! In Ukraine, the products are already available in every region, as well as presented in 35 countries and international marketplaces Amazon, Douglas and Notino. Sister's Sport is a new direction, so our Sales team is looking for a B2B Sales manager who will attract new partners and develop new sales channels. IT IS IMPORTANT TO US: Successful experience in the position of B2B sales manager or B2B customer development manager; Experience in attracting new customers and sales channels from 0; Work experience in the fashion industry; Willingness to travel for personal meetings and business trips (infrequently); High skills of conducting complex and long-term negotiations; Proactivity and ambition; Ability to work with accounting systems, CRM, processing large amounts of data, etc. FUNCTIONAL DUTIES provided for by this position: Planning and implementation of the strategy for launching sales channels and developing sales in the direction of Sister's Sport; Increase in wheelbarrow sales within the channel and categories; Conclusion of agreements with potential partners; Increasing the total turnover of trusted partners/clients/distributors; Planning of sales and indicators, their execution; Improvement of the company's representation in regions and categories (introduction of new partners, long-term cooperation, their development, expansion of the range, etc.); Correct maintenance of information on clients and in accounting systems; Reporting and submission to the Manager.
