The company Evergreen is looking for Sales /Customer success manager for the ConnectiveOne project, who has a masterful knowledge of building relationships with the client and has a high level of analytical and communication skills.
Your duties will include the following: Extensions and additional sales: extension of cooperation with the client and search for new opportunities for new sales.
Customer Adaptation : Helping the customer understand how to effectively use our product to achieve company goals.
Relationship Building : Develop a strong relationship with the customer, understand the customer's business needs to provide personalized support and the best solution, maximize the value customers get from the product.
Protecting the interests of the customer: ensuring that the customer's needs are heard and that his feedback is taken into account when improving the product, interacting with other departments to achieve the customer's expectations of the product.
Monitoring and success rates : Monitor the customer's level of satisfaction with the product and identify early signs of potential problems with the customer.
Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports on client performance, progress toward goals, and key insights.
Continuous improvement: looking for ways to improve customer satisfaction and retention, analyzing customer feedback and implementing strategies aimed at improving the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position from 3 years, preferably in a product.
- Focus in motivation on sales, upselling.
- Knowledge of project and product management tools (tempo, jira, confluence, etc.).
- Product thinking, IT savvy, impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- English from Upper-Intermediate.
- Experience working with large corporate projects will be an advantage.
- Understanding of business processes and the ability to develop effective solutions.
