Currently we have an open vacancy: Sales coordination manager, Kyiv

Responsibilities:

• management of sales documents, signing of documents by responsible persons, scanning and entering data into the database, sending to branches;
• accounting with monthly and periodic analysis of the document flow of the Sales Service, control and coordination with branches and structural units;
• selection and preparation of documents at the request of management, auditing companies and state bodies;
• preparation of analytical reports for management and stakeholders;
• data preparation and preparation of sales presentations, including market research and forecasting;
• printing and signing of monthly plans, price tables and credit limits;
• monthly reporting on market trends, the competitive environment and the results of the company's activities at regular meetings, keeping minutes, recording the results of meetings;
• updating information on the company website;
• participation in development, need formation and development of advertising and souvenir products;
• cooperation with specialized advertising, media and research agencies.

Basic requirements:

• work experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• higher education;
• confident PC user (MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);
• knowledge of SAP will be an advantage;
• experience in office management and working with documentation;
• communicability;
• purposefulness;
• ability to work in a team
