What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales trainer or in a similar role.
  • Experience in a call center is mandatory.
  • Higher education in business, marketing, or management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in developing and conducting training programs.
  • Knowledge of modern sales methods and techniques.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve high results.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of other languages such as Spanish and French is a plus.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs for new personnel in the call center (CC).
  • Implement adaptation programs for CC employees.
  • Develop and implement further training on soft/hard skills for CC staff.
  • Analyze current sales methods and implement improvements.
  • Organize and conduct online trainings, seminars, and webinars, and potentially offline in the future.
  • Provide individual consultations and coaching to employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop training strategies.
  • Future travel opportunities to various countries may be required.

 

Interview Stages:

  • Stage 1: HR.
  • Stage 2: HR + CSO.
  • Stage 3: HR + CSO + COO.
