This agency focuses on cost savings for businesses by reducing the need to increase ad spending for improved search rankings.Key Responsibilities:– Create and execute business projects to meet specified objectives on an annual and quarterly basis– Identify and acquire new clients, including researching new advertising opportunities and establishing relationships with potential customers– Organize and oversee the work of a team of project development specialists, including recruiting new members of your team, training, motivating, assigning tasks, and evaluating performance– Collaborate with clients through meetings, consultations, and customer support activities – Analyze the outcomes of advertising campaigns and produce weekly reports on work progress– Participate in industry meetups and international conferences to expand client base and advance project developmentRequirements:– Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing agencies or affiliate programs – Exceptional sales skills and negotiation capabilities – Strong organizational abilities – Proficiency in English for effective communication and negotiation– Understanding of Ukrainian/Russian Ideal Candidate Profile:The perfect candidate exhibits proactive work dedication, prefers autonomy over micromanagement, and possesses prior experience working in marketing/digital agencies or within affiliate programs for 2-3 years.
