You'll also be a part of executing DraftKings' industry-leading VIP engagement strategy and understanding the needs of our players to foster their loyalty to DraftKings.What You’ll Do As a VIP Sales AssociateEngage with inactive high-potential customers through a variety of communication channels while creating strong, authentic relationships.Effectively evaluate a player's potential for placement in DraftKings’ VIP Program. Assist in developing and optimizing strategies for player engagement and qualification. Compile feedback to support improvements to the onboarding process that will continue to promote a positive customer experience. Contribute to business acquisition efforts for new state product launches.What you’ll bringBachelor’s degree in a related field and 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role.Analytical and solutions-focused mindset to achieve results for our customers. Adaptability in a fast-paced, highly collaborative and entrepreneurial environment. Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.Join Our TeamWe’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through the process if this is relevant to your role.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $56,000.00 - $84,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
