Requirements:
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
- Ability to speak confidently on the phone with a wide range of candidates based in the US
- Ability to manage a high quantity of calls
- Goal-oriented mindset: if you enjoy persuading, negotiating, and turning conversations into results, you’ll fit right in
- Background in sales or a similar field is highly preferred
- Personal laptop or PC (we will provide a corporate laptop after 6 months of work)
- Good MS Office skills: Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Availability to work during the following fixed schedule: Monday through Friday, from 3 pm till 12 am Kyiv time (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break)
Responsibilities:
- Lead our sales initiatives by identifying top talent to fill the job openings of our clients in IT, engineering, finance, etc.
- Build strong relationships with our candidates and clients, understanding their unique skills and requirements, and providing solutions to meet the needs of both
- Utilize your sales expertise to engage in in-depth discussions with pre-selected candidates, assessing their qualifications and matching them with suitable opportunities within our client organizations
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between qualified candidates and our clients, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved
- Work closely with our team of Sourcers and Account Executives based in the US to align the clients' expectations and select the qualified candidates to fill their job openings
