Sales Assistant - Internship in Jit Team

Salary:PLN 225 gross / day (Mandatory Contract)

After 3 months of internship, any form of contract (including UoP or B2B) and hybrid work (3 days in the office)

Sales support in a dynamically developing environment such as the IT industry is an integral element of a well-functioning New Business team. This requires well-developed analytical skills, good work organization and openness to work on the international market.

Your tasks will include

• Preparing statements, sales reports and analyzes
• Assistance in preparing sales offers
• Management of sales documentation
• Arranging meetings, managing Team calendars
• Support at business meetings, conducting presentations
• Help in organizing trips to conferences and other events
• Support of the Team in everyday activities

Your advantages helpful in everyday work

• Knowledge of English at least. C1 in speaking and writing
• Knowledge of the Scandinavian language will be appreciated
• Higher education – you may be studying part-time
• Practical knowledge of MS Office tools
• Analytical skills and focus on details - working with data, charts, contracts is the key to our common success
• Ability to organize work and prioritize
• Communication skills and ease of establishing contacts – you will have space to conduct presentations/ meetings
• Independence and creativity in undertaken tasks
• High motivation to act and develop in the sales area in the IT industry
