Sales assistant in Pero, TOV

The company Pero is in the TOP-10 importers and manufacturers of products for children in Ukraine. Our partners are large retail chains of stores for children and toy chains, bookstores, national and local FMCG chains, top E-commerce operators.

Today we are looking for a Sales Assistant - a person who will help the managers and head of the department to do their work.

What will you do while working for us?

In the first 2 weeks you will undergo training in order to understand the specifics of the company's sales department;

• Consolidate orders from customers and prepare them for further checkout by the operator 1C;
• Help the sales manager to fill out specifications, product cards
• Help managers prepare supporting documents for individual deliveries
• Process sales reports
• Update price lists
• Update reports on sales dynamics and department work
• Initially process acts of discrepancies
• Work with electronic document flow portals (extracting orders, creating messages and confirmations, unloading specifications, filling out application letters)

• In the past, you have experience working with our clients, partners or competitors

• Knowledge and ability to use the capabilities of the ExCel program is important
• Has experience (basic user) of the 1C program
