We are looking for a sales and customer support manager who can combine

customer orientation and effective sales.

Main Responsibilities:

• ? Advising clients on the company's products/services (incoming inquiries)
• Supporting the client at all stages: from the first contact to after-sales support
• Active and repeat sales, upsells
• Management of client database
• Interaction with other divisions of the company to solve customer issues

Requirements for the candidate:

• ? Experience in sales and/or customer support (preferred)
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (oral and written)
• Clear, competent communication
• Orientation on results and of the client
• Confident use of a PC
• Willingness to learn quickly
• Resistance to stress, responsibility, attention to details

Would be an advantage:

• ? Experience with B2C or B2B clients
• Telephone sales experience
• Knowledge of sales techniques and handling objections
