Intermittent Demand Forecasting: Understanding and experience in handling intermittent demand forecasting challenges- nice to have. S&OP or IBP Meeting Experience: Previous experience in conducting S&OP or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) meetings with different organizational layers. Statistical Forecasting Methods: Familiarity with statistical forecasting methods, including linear regression, exponential smoothing (such as Winter's-Holt method or Croston's method). Understanding of MRP Calculation: Knowledge of MRP calculation is desirable; previous experience with ERP systems is a plus. Excel Proficiency: Proficient in Excel; knowledge of M language, DAX, and VBA would be advantageous. Team Player with Intermediate English. Establish an effective inventory policy, including MRP parameterization for the local team. This involves defining safety stock at the SKU level and determining purchasing parameters such as MOQ and rounding values.
