• Knowledge of the English language at min. B2 - due to the international nature of the company, all implementations and recruitment stages are carried out in this language
• Knowledge of the German language at the level of min. B2 - this is the language you will work with every day
• Analytical and creative thinking skills - approx. 50% of working time is working with data in order to predict and understand the way consumers think
• High interpersonal skills - the second 50% of working time is working with the client, in which the ability to build relationships as well as sales and negotiation skills are important
• Experience in sales or customer service - welcome, but if you are not afraid of contact with people and you are a person focused on results - apply for sure you will cope in this role
• Knowledge of CRM system will be an added advantage
