Main duties: Submission and implementation of proposals to improve the delivery and payment of pensions, cash assistance. Organization of sales (pensions, cash assistance). Work with regulatory documents. Development of processes and drafting of technical tasks, their testing and implementation. Work with contracts. Methodological support of the network regarding the provision of delivery services and payment of pensions/cash assistance. Work with appeals. The successful candidate meets the following requirements: Complete higher education. Experience as a sales/development manager (financial companies, banks) from 1 year. Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel). Ability to work with regulatory documents and contracts. Experience in sales organization, work with documents, contracts, tables, arrays of data and experience working with analytics. Experience in developing processes and drawing up technical tasks, their testing and implementation. Organizational skills, communication, analytical mindset, focus on results, attention to details, responsibility.
