We are constantly growing and improving our team, so we invite you to join us. We are currently looking for a Sales and Development Manager who communicates easily and finds a common language, quickly understands business and needs, wants to develop himself and develop the company.
We expect from the candidate :
- experience in attracting partners and selling IT products (preference is given to candidates from the financial or banking niche) li>
- knowledge of the financial and banking market. Understanding of the product and the target customer who will be interested in it (B2B)
- excellent communication skills
- competent and clear language
- the ability to set priorities correctly
- commercial thinking, the ability to find an idea, both for the product and for attracting new partners from other niches and to bring the project to full implementation
- excellent understanding of the sales process and negotiation experience
- monitoring legislation on the issues of the company's activity in the transfer of funds, payment systems and acquiring.
- critical thinking and the ability to take responsibility
Tasks that will be transferred:
- Attract new partners (merchants) for cooperation
- Create technical tasks, documentation, calculation of the commercial model
- Accompany the project until its full implementation (control of all tasks and stages of partner implementation)
< li> Study the technical component of the product in the company and legislative documents in accordance with the activity - Accompany the involved partners, maintain communication (work with documents, setting tasks in Jira)
- Participate in the promotion of the company to new markets and new niches, generate fresh ideas
Position conditions:
- Rate + bonus for involved partners, income ceilings do not bet;
- Official employment;
- Vacation 24+4 days;
- Day off on a day off with a bonus;
- Office in Podil, during martial law we work in hybrid mode
