Sales and Customer Service Specialist in QUASAR Electronics

The QUASAR ELECTRONICS company deals with the design and production of electronic devices used in the automotive industry. It specializes in electronic hook harness modules, telemetry systems and CAN-BUS technology. Our customers are mainly manufacturers and distribution networks of towbars and companies providing logistics and monitoring services for car fleets. We sell in Poland and Europe. We are looking for a person to join our team for the position of: Sales and Customer Service Specialist

A suitable candidate for this position will be a person with experience in the Customer Service Department and skills in active sales. We are looking for a person who will cooperate with current clients of our company and develop product sales by identifying and acquiring clients, including distributors.

Effective achievement of sales goals requires:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales position and/or in the Customer Service Department
  
• Experience in cooperation with foreign clients
  
• Planning and prioritization skills
  
• Perseverance in achieving the goal
  
• Knowledge of office programs (EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK) and methodology of working with CRM and sales programs (WF-MAG)
  
• Technical education or experience in selling technical products may be an additional advantage
  
• Good knowledge of English and Polish
