Sales and customer retention manager (Resale) in Englishdom

Since 2010, we have been creating a product that gives a tangible result.

Now we are looking for a Customer Retention Manager,who will help return students to education.

Who we are looking for:

• You have experience in sales or resale (repeat sales, win-back);
• You can build funnels, work with objections and find an approach to people;
• Orient yourself in Google Sheets and easily structure information;
• Able to listen, analyze and convince;
• Self-organized, responsible, with a desire to influence the result.

What you will do:

• Active communication with students - calls, messages, email;
• Offer profitable lesson packages and return students to studies;
• Execute sales and retention KPIs;
• Analyze the reasons for churn and propose solutions;
• Maintain CRM: update statuses, record results, work with the database.

• Working schedule: from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 19:00;
• Salary: average salary for this role 30,000 UAH (rate 10,000 + CRI);
