Sales and Customer Engagement Specialist (chat) in IDATHA

On behalf of our client, an innovative BPO agency specializing in user engagement services for online content creators, we are seeking passionate and highly communicative individuals to join the team as Sales and Customer Engagement Specialists. In this role you will be engaging with subscribers on behalf of our content creators, thereby increasing engagement and boosting revenue through up-selling / cross-selling initiatives.As a Sales and Customer Engagement Specialist you willEngage in chat conversations with subscribers, on behalf of creatorsMaintain a friendly and inviting tone throughout the conversationBuild and cultivate relationships by actively engaging with subscribersPromote paid content to meet sales targets through up-selling / cross-selling pitchesMonitor chat activity for inappropriate or violating contentMaintain shift logbooks and document important events according to the department's proceduresEnforce community guidelines and terms of serviceHandle subscription renewals, payments, and other administrative tasksFoster a positive and engaging community atmosphere within the online platformsReport any issues or concerns to the appropriate channelsStay updated on platform policies, features, and updates to provide a seamless experience to subscribersRequirementsFull English proficiency (native or near-native)Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead engaging conversationsOpen mindset, outside-the-box way of thinkingMotivated and self-organizedAbility to work under pressure and multi-task, without sacrificing quality (handling of concurrent chats with multiple users simultaneously, without the conversations being dull or repetitive)Willingness to adhere to rules and follow proceduresAbility to work 5 days per week / 8 hours per day in monthly rotating shifts, including night-shifts and weekendsStable, high-speed internet connectionOwn computer (desktop/laptop) running Windows 10 or aboveExperience in Sales and Marketing will be considered a strong plusWhat we offerThis position offers a fixed monthly salary alongwith additional sales commission, providinga unique opportunity for earning potential.
