We are currently searching for a friendly and positive Sales and Administration Support to join our team in Ukraine.

PHOTOMATE is a provider of comprehensive solutions in the field of renewable energy, distributor of solar inverters, battery storage systems, charging stations for e-vehicles, and heat pumps in Central & Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, and Central Asia. Job Summary:

The Sales and Administration Support role is critical to our sales operations and overall office management. This position involves a mix of sales support tasks and administrative duties, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-centric attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update CRM system with accurate customer information.
  • Prepare and manage sales documents (proposals, contracts, presentations).
  • Assist in processing sales orders accurately and timely.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via email and phone.
  • Generate and analyse sales reports for performance tracking.
  • Oversee daily office operations and manage supplies.
  • Organize schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, mail).
  • Prepare and manage internal and external documents and reports.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events and meetings.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English, minimum B2 level.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
