The purpose of the position is to provide the marketing service with analytical information on the markets of Ukraine and the CIS (sales fact/forecast), setting up reports in Excel, Power BI systems.Tasks Consolidation and preparation of data for the SAP IBP planning system (Demand module) and administration of the demand planning and forecasting system; Consolidation and preparation of data for monthly rolling sales planning; Tracking and informing about important changes in sales forecasts, budgets and business strategies; Administration and CRM support, development of technical tasks; Setting up analytical reports / BI-analyst on the data of the CRM system and the planning system; Participation in annual marketing planning; Analytics of other internal and external data. We expect from the candidate: Higher education (mathematics, economics, business, computerized systems); Work experience as an analyst from 2 years; Mandatory knowledge of MS Excel at the level of complex formulas and summary tables, preferably knowledge of working with data models and Dax, CPM systems and BI; Knowledge of English (intermediate level) Work experience in IT-systems of sales planning, experience in sales forecasting, building BI-analysts and administration of CRM-systems will be an advantage.
