PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: To ensure the presentation of structured and up-to-date business information and market information to regional management, the information systems department and personnel working with retail outlets. To ensure timely and accurate entering, summarizing and reporting collected sales data; provide ongoing support to relevant regional divisions in the use of information systems. MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Ensure structured and accurate collection of sales data from staff working with points of sale and entry of proper data into all relevant sales systems. Ensure provision of regional management and staff working with points of sale, key information on market dynamics, production performance, success of sales and distribution units, analysis by key sales indicators and reporting on exceptions. Participate in the development, improvement and monitoring of functional key sales indicators, which are used to evaluate progress towards the defined strategy, and therefore support the planning and decision-making processes. a year in international or large Ukrainian companies related to market research, report preparation, sales and distribution analytics or sales volume planning. High level of knowledge in the field of MS Office software (Excel and Power Point at an advanced level). Experience in data visualization, knowledge of SQL, VBA will be an added advantage.
