In this position, you will:
Support the field sales team with the necessary reports and data, create quality, customer-oriented reports and analytical tools for internal customers
Work with the company's financial indicators and their analytics (gross profit, Gross to Net, discount analysis, etc.)
Prepare reports within the monthly cycle
Perform a complete reconciliation of the company’s activities with the distributor (products, sales, equipment, warehouse balances, prices, cross-selling)
Daily check data completeness, interact with DS/IT teams in case of problems
Ensure synchronization of TRT and maintain relevance of SMART directories (ship-to, products, warehouses, territories)
Manage projects of the sales department with an impact on information systems, accompany their implementation and monitor KPIs
Conduct a monthly analysis of the effectiveness of promotional activities for key clients
