Sales analyst in Filip Morris Ukrayina*

The company "Philip Morris Sales and Distribution" invites you to work as a Sales Analyst (contract for 1 year, with the possibility of extension).

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Ensure structured and accurate collection of sales data from personnel working with points of sale and entering appropriate data into all relevant sales systems.
• Ensure key information on market dynamics, production performance, sales and distribution unit success, KPI analysis and exception reporting is provided to regional management and point of sale personnel.
• Participate in the development, improvement and tracking of functional KPIs that measure progress towards the defined strategy and thereby support planning and decision-making processes.
• Support the implementation of sales department systems in the assigned region.
• Contribute to the development of programs for sales department systems, as well as contribute to the further improvement of data management processes.

 QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education.
• Experience in a specific field: a minimum of 1 year in international or large Ukrainian companies, related to market research, report preparation, sales and distribution analytics or sales volume planning.
• High level of knowledge in the field of MS Office software (Excel and Power Point at an advanced level)
• Data visualization experience, knowledge of SQL, VBA will be an additional advantage
• Intermediate English is desirable.
