Sales analyst in Timak Agro Ukrayina

We are currently inviting a Sales Analyst to our team for further development and support of our business activity in Ukraine.

Reporting directly to the Head of the Financial Control and Analytics Department, you will perform the following tasks:

• Conduct regular monitoring and analysis of KPIs of the commercial team, ensuring timely data updates in CRM, SAP and others systems
• Control the quality and reliability of data in reporting and databases, initiate the correction of inaccuracies
• Conduct analytics of business indicators (territory coverage, representation, effectiveness of sales teams, planning, etc.) and prepare analytical conclusions for management
• Maintain communication with sales team leaders, providing them with relevant analytics for decision-making
• Develop and improve reporting and business analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, CRM), offer optimization of business processes in the commercial function
• Other duties according to the needs of the direction

Candidate profile:

• Higher education (finance/economics, applied statistics)
• 2+ years of experience in administration and data analysis
• Proficient in Excel and experience working with Power BI or other BI tools
• English language - not lower than Intermediate (preferably Upper-Intermediate)
• Developed analytical and critical thinking, ability to form conclusions and recommendations based on data
• Attention to details, structure, ability to work effectively in multitasking conditions
• Experience with CRM systems will be an advantage
