POSITION:
Provide structured and up-to-date business and market information to Regional Management, Information Systems and Point of Sale staff.
Ensure timely and accurate entry, summary and reporting of collected sales data; provide ongoing support to relevant regional divisions in the use of information systems.
MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Ensure structured and accurate collection of sales data from personnel, who works with points of sale and entering the appropriate data into all relevant sales systems.
- Ensure the provision of regional management and staff working with points of sale, key information on market dynamics, production performance, successes of sales and distribution divisions, KPI analysis and exception reporting.
- Participate in the development, improvement, and tracking of functional KPIs that measure progress toward the defined strategy, thereby supporting the planning and decision-making processes.

- Support the implementation of sales department systems in the assigned region.
- Contribute to the development of programs for sales department systems, as well as contribute to the further improvement of data management processes.
< strong> QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education.
- Work experience in a specific field: at least 1 year in international or large Ukrainian companies, related to research market, report preparation, sales and distribution analytics or sales volume planning.
- High level of knowledge in the field of MS Office software (Excel and Power Point at an advanced level)
- Experience in data visualization, knowledge of SQL, VBA will be an added advantage
- Intermediate English is preferred.
