As a Sales Manager, you will be required to interact with US and European customers via chat and phone to help source the best product package for each specific customer. But at Boosta, the sales process is much more than scheduled cold calls and email campaigns.
Other tasks include:
- Creating new and modernizing established channels, tools and processes to improve the customer journey.
- Studying the needs of each customer and motivating them to establish an individual approach to each one.
- Tracking orders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Be our contractor's HR team - motivate, encourage and care for our freelance partners.
Also, no cold calls in general, because we only work with hot contacts and our visitors are already interested in working with our company.
What will your day look like? p>
It depends on the shift you would like to take.
We offer a morning shift (7:00 - 15:00 EET) that starts with a double espresso and ends with an Americano, a day shift ( 15:00 - 23:00 EET) which starts with a latte and ends with a large cup of herbal tea and the night shift (22:00 - 07:00 EET) which starts with an espresso and ends with 2-3 more. p>
What are we looking for?
- Personality with excellent communication skills.
- Well-honed written and oral communication skills in English.
- Enthusiasm, curiosity and entrepreneurship.
- Quick learner, flexible and good under pressure.
- Experience in B2C sales is an advantage.
- Participation in Work & Travel programs, internships, speaking at conferences and studying abroad will be considered a major asset.
