As a Sales Manager, you will be required to interact with US and European customers via chat and phone to help purchase the best product package for each specific customer. But at Boosta, the sales process is much more than planned cold calls and email campaigns.
Other tasks include:
— Creating new and modernizing established channels, tools and processes to improve the customer journey.
— Studying the needs of each client and motivation to establish an individual approach to each.
- Track orders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Be our contractor's HR team to motivate, encourage and care for our freelance partners.

We offer a morning shift (7:00 - 15:00 EET) that starts with a double espresso and ends with an Americano, an afternoon shift (15:00 - 23:00 EET) that starts with a latte and ends with a large cup of herbs high tea and a night shift (22:00-07:00 EET) that starts with an espresso and ends with 2-3 more.
Between them there is a busy shift, full of communication - hundreds of customers visit our website every day, so you will definitely spend time talking to them, as well as some challenging (but instructive) cases that will bring all your skills as a good listener and the person who makes the decision. Each successful decision may be rewarded with a snack, but will definitely be rewarded with the attention of your manager and the respect of your team. What are we looking for?
- Personality with excellent communication skills.
- Well-honed written and oral communication skills in English.
- Enthusiasm, curiosity and entrepreneurship.
— A quick learner, flexible and good under pressure.
- Experience in B2C sales is an advantage.
- Participation in Work & Travel programs, internships, speaking at conferences and studying abroad will be considered a major asset.

- 1st stage: English language test.
