We are an international logistics company that helps businesses to quickly, safely and profitably deliver goods from different countries of the world.
We are growing, and now we are looking for a Sales Account Manager - a person who loves communication, knows how to listen to the client and turns the conversation into a long-term one cooperation.

Your role
Lead warm incoming leads (no cold sales);
Build a live dialogue with the client from the first "Hello" to the second order;
Identify the client's needs, ask the right questions, maintain contact in the chat;
Explain the value of the offer and create an emotional context before sending the offer;
Control that the client does not get "lost", remind yourself and revive "gray chats";
Work together with logisticians: receive from them offers and "package" them in sales communication.
What is critical for us
Experience in a similar position of 2 years or more;
Experience in working with CRM
Experience in working with customers or in sales (not necessarily in logistics);
Ability to listen to the client, help him make decisions without pressure;
Self-organization and responsibility, bringing things to a conclusion;
Ability to build trust and keep the client for a long time;
Work in Ukrainian (our clients Ukrainian-speaking).
