Job DescriptionPage 1 of 2Job TitleSafety Coordinator LevelEntry Level SupervisorSafety Director Primary LocationNewnan, GA SalaryExempt Travel Required50%Summary:The Safety coordinator role is responsible for continuously monitoring and adapting safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment. In charge of making sure that employees follow health and safety regulations and supervising operations to promote the wellbeing of the team.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Travel to various host employers to complete injury report and conduct accident investigation, including afterhours injuries.Travel to various host employer sites to complete Safety Assessments (weekly)Complete Injury Reports Interact with Employees and Host Employers to improve safety culture.Conduct safety training at sites.Coordinator transportation to medical occupational clinicsAssist injured workers with payroll, RTW and WC questions.Establish a solid relationship with host employers.Coordinate return-to-work efforts between host employer & EECommunicate new injuries and WC information to Corporate Safety DirectorEstablish good working relationships with all department heads.Coordinate Safety IncentivesQualification Requirements:Must be Bi-lingual Spanish.Experience in a safety role in an organizational settingWorkers Compensation Knowledge helpfulLight Industrial, Warehouse, General Labor Experience, Preferred.Education and Experience:2+ Years of Safety experienceCompany DescriptionSourceNow is the only company in the world that provides proprietary Vendor Management Technology, Managed Services, Temporary Staffing, Professional Staffing Solutions, Transportation Resources, and Higher Education under one roof.
