GENERAL INFORMATION
BF "Right to Defense" (hereinafter - the Fund) is a sector leader in the protection of people who have suffered from war, veterans, refugees and stateless persons. We seek recovery and integration for those we help. Our team protects people's rights and influences laws and decisions in Ukraine and the world to become fairer. We are actively developing a network of partners for localized support of those who need it. The fund is 13 years old. Today, the team of BF "Right to Defense" has about 1,200 specialists. Geography: 22 regions of Ukraine, as well as a representative office in Poland. More than 3,300,000 people have received aid since the start of the full-scale invasion. Our work was recognized at the national level: in 2024, the Foundation won first place in the "Charity Ukraine" competition in the "All-Ukrainian Charity" category, entered the top 10 of the Forbes Ukraine "50 Best Charitable Organizations" rating, and took 9th place in the integrity rating of Ukrainian charitable foundations.
We are looking for a:
Trainer in security and tactical medicine who is ready to become a part of the security team and will conduct trainings in tactical medicine in Ukraine. Has an understanding of threats from the air and on the ground. Understands the topic of pre-medical/tactical medicine, drones, missiles, mines, etc. How to counter these threats, how to respond to them and teaching material to groups of people on a regular basis.
Trainings will include both practical and theoretical parts. In the practical part, training will be conducted based on examples of possible scenarios that trainees may encounter while providing assistance in the highest risk areas.
One training takes up to five days. It is planned to implement trainings in the amount of 2 trainings per month (each training is approximately 5 days) until the end of 2026 in the Poltava region. style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">
Veterans;
Experienced Trainers;
Conducting trainings for humanitarian specialists;
Writing teaching methodical materials/programs;
Supporting practical knowledge regarding the curriculum and educational materials of the field;
Introduce training program participants to the bestsecurity practices;
Analysis of the effectiveness of the conducted training, control of knowledge based on the results of training, preparation of reports.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Politeness and diplomacy;
Excellent communication skills, responsibility, organization;
Understanding humanitarian principles;
Ability to establish contact with other colleagues and agree on joint tasks, a desire for teamwork;
Understanding the privacy policy in accordance with the legislation on the collection of personal data;
Comply with the Code of Conduct and Foundation Policies.
