Rx product manager of the department of traumatology/neurology/rheumatology

Our ideal candidate:

• Has a higher pharmaceutical or medical education, education in marketing will be additional a plus;
• Has successful proven experience in promoting Rx/OTC products (dietary supplements, drugs and/or medical devices) for at least 2 years;
• Understands strategies for creating and/or promoting brands;
• Possess written and spoken English, at a level no lower than Intermediate.
• Has successful proven experience in product launch not less than 2 years;
• Has expertise in managing the P&L budget for the assigned portfolio;
• Result-oriented, communicative, proactive, flexible.

Functional duties:

• Ensuring the achievement of planned indicators monthly, quarterly, annually;
• Development and implementation of a marketing plan, annual renewal;
• Achieving market share targets, working on the development of brand awareness and success tracking mechanisms;
• Establishing and maintaining contacts with OPR, KOL, consumers, patient organizations;
• Development of promotional, pos-materials, etc. ;
• Development and implementation of a media plan;
• Creation of information content for visits by external service employees - product presentations, campaign book;
• Education of external service employees, conducting product trainings;
• Cross-functional interaction with the logistics department, regulatory department and other departments of the company;
• Expense budgeting, work management with counterparties.
